Our criteria for renovation projects are assets in turn-around and good traffic areas that are underutilized. These lots or assets must be on sites with good visibility and with access to major transportation systems such as streets, roads, highways, city trolley, railway, etc.

Investment Services

Atlas CRE Group invests in stabilized and value-add commercial real estate or multifamily properties throughout Texas.  We seek underperforming assets in high growth or high traffic areas that could use either management adjustments or asset renovations to achieve their full market potential.  We leverage the prized knowledge and contacts of our staff to execute the proper business plan for the property, and create value for our client-partners and shareholders.  We create value in such investments via any or all of our five-step process:

(1) Identify the proper investment asset

(2) Create the proper business plan for the project

(3) Underwrite, structure, source financing and close on the financing for the project

(4) Source and arrange the construction or renovation of the asset with an experienced construction company

(5) Source and partner with an experienced property management or brokerage company that will manage the asset to achieve its cash-flow potential or sell the asset per the business plan.
