Ernest C. Adimora-Nweke Jr (President & Legal Counsel)
Ernest possesses over ten years of commercial real estate experience. His career in the industry began in 2005 as an analyst at Wachovia Bank in Charlotte, NC. His experience now includes conduit finance of commercial property acquisitions, mortgage refinance, structured finance of commercial real estate developments, management of debt and equity investments in various types of commercial real estate ventures, master servicing of commercial real estate securitized debt, development of multifamily assets, and representing both commercial and residential real estate clients in property acquisitions, finance and development, and litigation matters.
Ernest’s diverse commercial real estate finance experience includes multifamily, retail, office, industrial and self-storage assets. Throughout his real estate career, Ernest has worked on over $3B in commercial real estate finance and development transactions with property owners, attorneys, lenders, investors, accountants, property managers, and other real estate consultants.
Ernest received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, complemented with a Markets & Management Entrepreneurship Certificate, from Duke University. He also received a dual degree, a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence, from Texas Tech University. Ernest is a real estate attorney, a member of the State Bar of Texas, and a member of the American Bar Association.
Ernest has a passion for sports, real estate, global economics, energy, infrastructure development, law, international business, and traveling. He also dedicates his spare time and resources towards volunteering, mentoring, global health, and education.

Alex Alexandrov (Consultant)
Alex has been involved in the real estate finance industry for over ten years. For over eight years, Alex focused on real estate development and with a focus in affordable housing. Affordable housing development involves complex financing and legal structures, interaction with City, State, and Federal government agencies and long time frames for development.
Alex has worked directly with investors, lenders, government agencies, attorneys, non-profit groups, accountants, property managers, contractors, architects and other real estate professionals. He learned the intricacies of working with government agencies as well as the complexity of the layered financing for the development projects that he managed. He formed trusting working relationships with his colleagues at all of the organizations that he worked with.
Throughout his development career, Alex contributed to raising over $350MM in construction and permanent financing through various equity and debt sources and managed multiple projects that were in different stages of development. His typical projects involved limited partnerships that included large institutional investors. Alex negotiated directly with lenders and investors in order to secure the best terms for the project.
Alex received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. His quest for knowledge, interest in technology, dedicated work and business ethics, determination and ambition drive him to seek out the best opportunities for his clients, investors and business partners.

Mr. Alexandrov has a diverse professional background that is concentrated in multifamily real estate development and finance. His strengths include financial modeling, project management, government liaison, negotiation, development team building and getting the project through its stages of development successfully. He has spearheaded projects that utilize tax exempt bond and conventional financing, various housing subsidies through NYC Dept. of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), NY Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), NY State Housing Finance Agency (HFA), US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), NYS Energy Research & Development Authority (NYSERDA) and the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). Mr. Alexandrov has also managed projects that involve the syndication of low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) as well as FHA mortgage insurance financing.
Gary F. Dahse (Consultant)
Gary has been involved in the commercial real estate business for thirty-five years in a number of capacities to include: strategic process and direction of property management, project leasing and investment brokerage concerns. He is a nationally recognized motivational speaker, author and trainer in new business development, goal setting, networking and strategic planning. Gary built a large management, leasing and brokerage division as a partner of Rubloff Inc. (Chicago). This portfolio consisted of over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial property for institutional clients throughout the southwestern United States. Rubloff was eventually sold to the Koll Company. His responsibilities at Koll included management of a 21,000,000-sf. portfolio in 14 cities with approximately 600 employees. He has successfully recruited over 135 brokers in numerous markets in the Southwest in his career and has consulted with major commercial real estate firms throughout the U.S.
Mr. Dahse is active in community affairs. He is involved in Bridges to Life. He is also a former President of the Board of Directors for the ESCAPE Center for Abused Children, served as a Division Director for the Texas Gulf Coast District of Exchange, and served as former President of the Exchange Club of the Magic Circle.
Mr. Dahse attended Texas Lutheran College and the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Business Administration. He has a BA from Our Lady of the Lake University. He is recognized nationally as a motivational speaker and instructor in the field of organizational behavior. He consults with corporations and highly successful entrepreneurs; teaching them how to develop their unique attributes and abilities. His seminars are strategically designed to help these entities recognize their full potential.
